Many people with a love of good, natural food come to that love through dietary restrictions that wean us away from the processed, prepackaged, chemically laced "foods" that constitute the majority of the American diet. Those restrictions may be due to diabetes, hypoglycemia, chemical sensitivity, gluten or lactose intolerance, allergies, or even a simple desire to eat real foods that have not been chemically altered.
I myself have to deal with most, if not all, of these dietary restrictions, and have developed several delicious recipes that use only organic ingredients, avoiding the common allergens of wheat, gluten flours, milk, refined sugar, eggs, and yeast. I am continually expanding on this selection, and will gratefully include any recipes you may have to offer that meet the criteria mentioned above -
